UKCP-registered, trauma-specialist integrative psychotherapist, and founder of SPACEStherapy. Beth worked as a staff psychotherapist for ten years with Transport for London's Occupational Health Department, where she also worked in service development; designing and delivering manager mental health training, and developing mental health strategy. Beth has worked with and advised on corporate Mental Health in a variety of further industries including construction, architecture, education, and law.

Beth is undertaking Doctoral study in the field of trauma with the Metanoia Institute in London. Beth’s doctoral research focuses on supporting trainee and newly qualified therapists in working psychotherapeutically with clients presenting with trauma. Beth is a clinical supervisor, has led on Psychotherapy training with Regent’s University, and has lectured on Counselling Diploma and MA psychotherapy training courses. Beth has also been the editor of the online journal Contemporary Psychotherapy

Beth holds an MA (Cantab.), and an MA/Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a Counselling Diploma, from The Minster Centre. She is fully qualified in EMDR, and has a Certificate in Therapeutic Supervision. Beth also holds a PGCE from the University of London.
