Rapid Transformational Therapy.
My sessions allow you the space to be heard and supported in a non-judgmental environment, to help you overcome the obstacles you are currently faced with. My intention is to help you feel free of any mental or emotional limitations that may be holding you back from the variety of skills that I use and my many years experience of working with thousands of people from all walks of life.
Rapid Transformational Therapy.
I use a number of different methods in my approach which I am certified and heavily experienced in utilising over the last ten years. These include Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness. For
IEMT, Hypnotherapy and NLP I am certified to Master Practitioner level.
Following a full consultation of your personal history we will begin to then formulate a clear outcome for where you want to be in your life. This focus will help to measure the progress over sessions, making sure that you are moving closer towards the goals that we set.
The first part of treatment focuses on releasing negative feelings, emotions, past experiences, triggers, behaviours that are not serving you any positive purpose in your life. This can include, panic, fear, feeling on edge, worry, regret, shame, guilt, dread, embarrassment to name but a few. This is achieved utilising Eye Movement Therapy to release the relevant feelings and emotional triggers that will allow you more space and freedom to develop new ways of thinking and behaving with tools, methods and techniques that build your confidence and empower your mind.
I have many years’ experience using this approach helping people overcome: Insomnia, Anxiety, Panic attacks, PTSD, Imposter Syndrome, Fears and Phobias, Anxious attachment, Sexual abuse, to name but a few key areas of my expertise.
A course of treatment.
All of my sessions are online via zoom, and following an initial 90 minute session of in-depth consultation, I typically work with people for 6-10 sessions depending on the areas that need covering. This usually gives me enough time to facilitate ‘release’ work with Eye
Movement Therapy, and time to ‘develop and install’, new mental strategies that help you detach from past thought patterns, to align with new ways of thinking and living. Should you require further sessions, they can be booked individually on a weekly basis.
I now offer an intensive course of treatment of sessions 3-4 times a per week to achieve the rapid transformation in a shorter time period. Subject to availability.
