Registered Integrative Therapist working with individual adults and young people (18+) experiencing a range of challenges including: anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, self-esteem, anger, life changes, and stress.

Natasha has a grounded, compassionate and collaborative approach to working with clients towards greater personal insights, healing and enhanced strategies for dealing with many of life’s issues. 

She supports people experiencing a range of challenges including: anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, self-esteem, anger, life changes, loss and stress, With a background that includes a career in business, sustainability, international aid, and community engagement, she adopts a flexible and inclusive approach to working with adults and young people (18+), by responding to the distinct personal situation of each individual, within their particular social or cultural environment. 

Therapy provides a safe and confidential space to talk about your issues to a trained professional. It is where you can explore what’s really going on inside of you and begin to take back control of your life. You can envision the way you want your life to be and identify what is stuck or not fully vibrant. It is also about having another person that cares and is accurately seeing you.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, CPCAB

  • Advanced Certified Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (C-DBT) Professional Training

  • Certificate in Counselling Studies, CPCAB

  • A registered member of the UK professional body, the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

  • BA (Hons) Business Studies

  • I carry personal liability insurance.
