Integrated Counselling working with adults and young people (aged 16+)
I use an Integrative Approach which means I use a combination of therapies to best meet your needs, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT are just some of the ways I will work with you. This basically means we will explore your past patterns, childhood experiences, beliefs, thinking patterns, feelings and thoughts, to help you move forward with new positive insights.
I work with Mental Health issues like Anxiety, Depression and OCD, Relationships, Family Conflict, Abuse, Self Esteem and confidence, Anger Management, Loss, Bereavement, Infertility, and Life Transitions.
I aim to help you feel more empowered and happier with your life. I have seen clients thrive and make many positive changes, turning their lives around.
Whatever your reasons for seeking counselling, I am here to listen and support you through the process. Life can be challenging and exhausting but sometimes what is really needed is time out to reflect and gain a greater understanding of who we are and what we truly need/want. That is where our power is.
I provide a safe, comfortable space without fear of judgement for us to work together.
How can Counselling help?
Counselling can help you gain a new perspective on your current situation. By exploring your thoughts and feelings, patterns of relating etc, you will acquire a deeper sense of yourself. Through this greater understanding, comes wisdom and more empowerment, to take control of life and move forward more positively.
If you want to feel more in control of your life circumstances or to feel better about yourself, then therapy can do this by giving you the space you need to offload and truly be heard. By working together, you will start to experience a greater sense of well-being and gain more mental clarity.
